We currently ship within Ireland only.

Large or heavy orders may be delivered via pallet delivery service.

Pallet Deliveries

Pallet deliveries are typically kerbside delivery only. This means that goods will be delivered to the nearest accessible point at the delivery address.

Delivery drivers are not responsible for carrying goods inside a property.

Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery.

9. Inspection of Goods

Customers must inspect their goods as soon as possible after delivery.

If the packaging or pallet appears damaged at the time of delivery, customers should note this on the delivery documentation and take photographs where possible.

10. Damaged or Missing Goods

Customers must notify Tara Tiles & Bathrooms Ltd within 48 hours of delivery if:

To report an issue, please contact us and include:

  • Photographs of the damaged goods and packaging where possible

Claims made after 48 hours from delivery may not be accepted.

Customers should not arrange installation work, plumbing services, or contractors until all goods have been delivered and fully inspected.

Tara Tiles & Bathrooms Ltd cannot be held responsible for any costs associated with installers, contractors, or tradespeople due to:

  • delayed deliveries

  • damaged goods

  • incorrect or missing items

12. Returns Policy

Customers may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused

  • Items must be in their original packaging

  • Items must be in resalable condition

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Certain items such as adhesives, mastics, and other consumables may not be eligible for return.
